A Lollypop or A Bullet

This manga changed the entire framework of my brain. I read it for a friend I made awhile back. It wanted more and more people to read it, and so I did. Now it's one of my absolute most favorite pieces of media, and I reread it often (paired with Mars Argo and Strawberry Swtichblade, music I also associate with that friend.) This manga gets a 10/10 from me and if you see this, and think you can stomach the warnings, absolutely read it whenever you get the chance!! This manga is to me as Mad Father also is to me. Life changing. Show stopping. Breathtaking. MWAH!! It does hit heavy, but it's very good.
Toradora!
Warnings: Child neglect? Scary looking bird? Mom fanservice? This anime is very lighthearted, no warnings needed!!
For far too long I dismissed this anime as some straight guy's fantasy. Until I caved and bought volumes 1 and 2 of the light novel. I watched a little bit of the anime, and a bit of the light novels in 2020, but didn't really get into it until 2022/2023. My boyfriend and I randomly put it on, and I did not expect the emotional rollercoaster that is Toradora. I see myself so incredibly much in Taiga, down to her family dynamics., and all the feelings she felt I was feeling too. Frustration at Ami, at Ryuuji, feeling bad for Minori. I've definitely forgiven Ami at this point; I'm a sucker for mean girls like her. This anime gets an 8/10 purely from the amount of times I got pissed off just watching it. Watch it if you need a cute dramatic romance anime, not if you're attending anger management classes.
Madoka Magica Trilogy
Warnings: You will think about this series for the rest of your life. Some violence, a lot of tragedy, just moe girls being tortured mentally.
There's not much I even need to say about Madoka Magica. If you watched it, you probably love it. If you haven't, then you will eventually. This series had such an impact on me, I vividly remember where I watched each episode as well as Rebellion. The characters are so cute I just displayed them all over my room! Despite what happens in the story, there are so many cute things that came from it. I am a Madohomu shipper before I am human. I recommend !!
Wonder Egg Priority
Warnings: Horror, SUICIDE (major), transphobia, child abuse, child sexual abuse, child/teen pregnancy, animal cruelty, pedophilia, grooming, child neglect, stalking, self harm, alcoholism ETC. If you get triggered easily, then probably don't watch it!! (You can look it up on the website "Does the Dog Die" to see all the warnings.)
If you can't tell already, Wonder Egg Priority means a lot to me!! There are so many relateable characters, but I specifically relate to Frill, as she is one of my past lives. The anime isn't everyone's cup of tea, especially the OVA, but I loved it. It's also one of the only animes I've watched with transgender rep that isn't made into a joke or anything. I love all of the girls in the Eggs, and Ai and her friends. From me, this anime gets an 8/10 ^_^
Bang Dream! Season 1

This anime is so important to me, as it's where I fully met and began to absolutely adore my Kamioshi, Kasumi Toyama. This anime is so simple and yet so cute!! Seeing ROSELIA and members of the other bands made me squeal and jump around like an excited little girl like, "I know them, I know them!!" AAA MUSIC WAS GOOD, STORY WAS GOOD, KASUMI IS CUTE. Please watch Bandori s1 if u like cute band girls. HURRAH!!
